Report Cards

Custom rubrics left blank will no longer appear on Report Cards: Any custom rubrics built into the term gradebook now need to be filled (N/A is considered a valid selection) for the rubric to appear on that student’s report card, even if the rubric is selected to appear in the report template. This change was made to provide more individual student customisation, allowing for rubrics that may only be relevant to certain students within a larger classroom.

“Show Class Grade Level” is now an option in report templates: Schools can now include each class’ grade level next to the class name in their report cards. This change was made to better serve schools with students who may be taking courses in a variety of programmes and/or grade levels. To enable this option, go to Generate Reports > Manage Templates > [Select Template] > Summary of Achievement, or Class Reports (depending on which you are using for your report card).

Service Learning/CAS

The Preset Comments button has been moved to within the Comments field: Advisors can find a full list of comment options by selecting the new Preset Comments button within student worksheets.

IB Middle Years Programme

The Global Contexts list has been further differentiated to provide more options when writing units: We have added more checkboxes and separated each component of the Global Contexts list based on the instructions from the IB’s Building Quality Curriculum team.
